Starting September 2026, Bold Ventures will host a cohort-based learning and coaching program for donors committed to moving their philanthropy forward with intention, community, and repair.
The Bold Ventures Repair Lab is an intimate peer learning experience for donors who are newly giving, preparing to give, or who are seasoned philanthropists. This is for donors who are done with transactional giving and ready for something deeper. Donors who want a clear, values-aligned approach. Donors who know this work shouldn't be done in isolation.
Over 8 months, you'll join a small cohort to explore questions about wealth, power, and repair—and build a practice that centers community wisdom, not just your own instincts.
Repair is the pursuit of not just righting wrongs, but building a culture where healing is at the core of all wealth distribution (learn more about Reparative Philanthropy). This space is for anyone who wants a clearer, more values-aligned approach to their giving. We have designed a curriculum to inspire donors to take thoughtful action. Through guided reflection, peer dialogue, practical tools, and one-on-one coaching from the Bold Ventures team, participants clarify their philanthropic identities and build achievable plans rooted in reparative practice.

Reach out to Aubrey, your facilitator, to set up an introductory call or to ask your questions.
We will work with applicants to settle on the most convenient times throughout the application process.
